An advanced 8-week training course

 

Being an internal corporate trainer can be a mixed blessing. Sometimes it allows you to build training plans with your colleagues, and help them achieve their potential over a longer term. Often, however, you have to deal with highly resistant participants who feel they have been given no choice to attend. That takes energy from both you and them. My course, especially tailored for internal trainers at large companies, will help you learn how to use active listening and positive communication to engage with negative or resistant participants, and make them more willing and excited to participate.

My 8-week course will help you:

  • Increase the receptivity of your training participants, and improve their retention and application of the material

  • Figure out how to make tailored, unique content that lands better with the participants, and

  • Raise your NPS scores and improve your chances of receiving reward and promotion in your role

You get:

  • Six 2-3-hour class sessions (most in person)

  • Two one-on-one sessions, where we discuss your particular teaching style and ways to improve and expand your skills

  • I will attend one of your training sessions and provide tailored feedback

The 8-week course is €2,000 per participant. Group discounts are possible.
